Q: How do I track my order?

A: Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information.  Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with UPS

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

A: We currently ship via UPS. Shipping is free on orders over $100. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the address it is being delivered to.

Note, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience slight delays. 

 

Q: International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 Q: What is considered a Final Sale?

A: All jewelry, bags , and clearance items are final sales Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

 

Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?

A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.  

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our team Same day we're sorry! Send us a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you promptly.
